A Kudoboard alternative that prints a keepsake book
Penround is a Kudoboard alternative that runs in ChatGPT: you approve every message before the recipient sees it, the card itself has no charge, and the messages print as an 8.5 × 8.5 inch hardcover with one message per page. Kudoboard can also print a board as a book or poster, and it supports GIFs, video and international shipping, which Penround doesn’t, so pick Penround for an approved, printed keepsake and Kudoboard for a multimedia board.
How to make a printed group card book with Penround
- Start the card in ChatGPT. Say who it is for, the occasion and when signing closes. You get one sign link.
- Share the link. Post it in Slack, Teams, WhatsApp or email. People sign in a browser, with no account.
- Approve the messages. Every message waits for you. Hide anything that doesn’t belong.
- Deliver the card. By email at a set time in the recipient’s time zone, or as a link.
- Order the book. With at least 3 approved messages, ask for the printed book and pay on penround.ambientapp.ai.

Yes. Kudoboard says boards can be printed as a book or a poster. Penround’s difference is that the book has one message per page and every message has been approved by you.
What does the printed Penround book look like?
An 8.5 × 8.5 inch hardcover with the recipient’s name on the cover, your note, one message per page with its photo, and a page of everyone who signed.
What does Penround cost?
Starting, signing and sending a card in ChatGPT has no charge. The printed book is optional, and you pay for it on penround.ambientapp.ai, never in ChatGPT.
Can I move an existing Kudoboard to Penround?
There is no import. You can paste messages into the chat to add them to a Penround card, with each person’s name.
